This website is operated by Santa Clarita Wholesale Batteries LLC, doing business as Dynamic Batteries and Hoses (“Dynamic Batteries and Hoses,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Santa Clarita Wholesale Batteries – Return Policy 

Effective Date: 04/07/2026 

Eligibility for Returns 

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. 

  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition. 

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns. 

  • Custom orders, special orders, and clearance items are non-returnable. 

Battery-Specific Return Guidelines 

  • Batteries must not be installed or used. 

  • Batteries showing signs of installation, acid leaks, physical damage, or tampering are not eligible for return. 

  • All batteries are tested before sale; if you believe a battery is defective, we will test it in-store before approving a return or exchange. 

Exchanges 

  • Eligible items may be exchanged for the same item or another item of equal value. 

  • If the replacement item is of greater value, the customer is responsible for the price difference. 

Refunds 

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. 

  • Please allow up to 5–7 business days for refund processing. 

Restocking Fee 

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns not due to an error on our part. 

Warranty Returns 

  • Products under manufacturer warranty must follow the warranty process outlined by the manufacturer. 

  • We are happy to assist with initiating warranty claims for items purchased through our store.

  • All returns must be sent back to our business location. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Battery Core Exchange Policy

At Santa Clarita Wholesale Batteries, we are committed to promoting environmental responsibility and keeping battery costs low through our core exchange program.

  • What Is a Battery Core?
    A battery core is the old battery that you are replacing. Returning your used battery helps ensure it is properly recycled and allows us to offer a discount on your new battery purchase.
  • Core Charge
    If you do not provide a battery core at the time of purchase, a core charge will be added to your total. This charge varies by battery type and size.
  • Core Return Policy
    • Cores must be returned within 45 days of purchase to receive a refund of the core charge.
    • The returned core must be like-for-like (same type and size as the new battery purchased).
    • Cores must be complete, uncracked, and not leaking.
  • How to Return a Core
    1. Bring your core and original receipt to our store.
    2. Our team will inspect the core for eligibility.
    3. If approved, we’ll process your core refund in the original form of payment.
