Our 4 AWG welding and battery cable assemblies are built for high-current electrical applications where reliability and durability matter. Each cable is constructed from fine-strand pure copper conductors and terminated with heavy-duty 5/16" tinned copper ring lugs to provide excellent electrical conductivity and long-term corrosion resistance.

These cables are commonly used in battery systems, automotive power distribution, golf carts, marine applications, solar installations, and other high-amperage DC electrical systems.

High Conductivity Copper Cable

The cable uses fully annealed pure copper conductors with a high strand count, allowing for strong current capacity while maintaining excellent flexibility. This makes installation easier in tight battery compartments or equipment enclosures where standard cable can be difficult to route.

Durable Industrial Insulation

Each cable is protected with EPDM insulation, a durable jacket material designed to handle demanding environments. The insulation offers strong resistance to abrasion, moisture, oils, and many chemicals, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor electrical installations.

Corrosion-Resistant Tinned Copper Lugs

Each cable is terminated with 5/16" ring terminals made from heavy-duty copper with a protective tin coating. The tin plating helps resist oxidation and corrosion, helping ensure consistent electrical contact over time.
